Account verification
In order to actually start trading, you will need to perform account authentication. In order to do this, you will need two pieces of identity verification documents and address verification documents. Please enter the email address and password you registered earlier to log in. The message at the top of the screen says “Account status: Unauthorized. Please enter your information.” Please click here first. Start entering your personal information.
First Name : Enter your name.
Last Name : Enter your last name.
Language : Select your preferred language.
Gender : Select your gender.
Date of Birth : Select your date of birth.
Age acknowledgment : Check the box.
Nationality : Select your nationality.
Mobile : Select your country code and enter your phone number.
Passport or ID：Enter the number of the document to be submitted
Tax Identification : No description is required.
Are you a US Citizen for Tax Purposes? : Yes if you are a US citizen and pay taxes if you live in the US, otherwise No
Are you a politically exposed person ? ：Yes if the person is involved in politics, otherwise No
Then enter your address and investor information. It must match the address verification documents that you will submit later. Finally, press the “Upload Document” button.
