Information required for trading
In order to trade on Global GT, FXGT and Crypto GT, three pieces of information are absolutely essential: account number, password and server name. Without these, the transaction itself cannot be carried out. If information is lost, or even lost, what are the solutions? We present a solution below.
MT5 account number confirmation
If you can log in to My Page, you will always be able to check your account number. First, please log in to My Page. From My Page, click “Trade Account” on the home screen.
It will be a list of trade account screens. Under the login item is the account number name. The 8-digit number is your MT5 account number. Remember. You can also check your MT5 account number in the email with the subject “About opening a new account” sent when you open an account.
MT5 account password confirmation
You can check your MT5 account password in the email with the subject “About opening a new account” sent when you open an account. Other than that, it is possible to check on the above screen. You can check it by clicking “Copy Password” from the button below the action.
Change MT5 account password
You can also change your MT5 account password. Go to the same trading account list as above. You can change it by clicking “Change password” under the action button.
MT5 account server name confirmation
You can check the MT5 account server name in the email with the subject “About opening a new account” that is sent when you open an account. Other than that, you can check from My Page. Click “MT5 Download” from the home screen.
The download screen will appear. Check the server name on this screen.
You will need your email address and password to log into your account. As expected, there may be no one who forgets the email address. If you forget your e-mail address, you may be able to solve the problem by contacting the support center.
If you have lost your password, first go to the login screen. On the login screen, there is a display saying “Forgot your password?”. You can issue a password bond by clicking here.
A password reset will be performed. A password reset will be sent to your registered email address, from which you can proceed with the password reset process.
Solution if you can’t log in
If you still can’t log in after checking the above, please try the following possibilities.
They could say that your account was hijacked and your password changed. In this case, we recommend that you contact the support center as soon as possible. You can’t know without contacting support, so let’s check it out early.
Any misconduct may result in the account being frozen. You cannot log in in this case. If you can remember anything about the prohibited items below, please ask the support center.
If you cannot log in to MT5, the PC version or app version of MT5 may be outdated. If the version is not the latest, you may not be able to successfully log in to your MT5 account. Please update to the latest version first.
It could be a problem with the network you are using now. In this case, you cannot log in because you are not connected to the internet in the first place. Please check with your internet provider.
firewall, security software
Firewalls and security software may be interfering with the connection to the homepage or application. Try turning off the software and trying to log in.
The management side may be performing server maintenance. In this case, there is nothing the user can do, so please wait until the maintenance is over.
